The practice desk is a local record of hypothetical decisions; its balance is not money and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed.

Nothing in Bavest, including the Guide articles, calculators, sector rankings or alerts, is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Decisions you make elsewhere are your own.
Market data
Reference prices, charts, sector data and venue quotes are provided by CoinGecko and remain its property. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and is provided as is. You agree not to extract, redistribute or resell it, and to use it only within the app for personal reference.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to interfere with the app, its data sources or other users.
- Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law permits.
- Do not use the app where doing so would be unlawful.
Availability and changes
Features, data sources and these terms may change. We may suspend or discontinue the app at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bavest and its data providers are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or its data, including trading losses incurred elsewhere.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
