BavestWhat Bavest is
Bavest is a market desk for digital assets. It shows market-wide figures, sector moves, trending assets, candle charts and the venues where each asset trades, and it gives you a practice desk where decisions can be rehearsed against reference prices.
Where the numbers come from
Prices, charts, sector data and venue quotes are provided by CoinGecko and refresh every few minutes while the app is open. They are reference values summarised across many venues, not quotes you can execute at any one of them. The status line under each list shows when data was last updated.
The practice desk
The desk opens with a fixed amount of practice funds. Orders are recorded at the reference price with a small fee, and positions, fills and alerts stay on your device. Nothing is bought, sold, held or transferred on your behalf, and the balance has no value outside the app. You can top up or start over from Settings.
Limit orders and alerts
Limit orders and alerts are checked whenever prices refresh while Bavest is open and when it returns to the foreground. There are no background notifications, so an alert is a reminder for the next time you open the desk.
Display currency and fees
Settings lets you show prices in USD, EUR, GBP or JPY, and choose the fee charged on each desk fill. Both changes apply everywhere immediately.
Your data
Bavest keeps the desk, watchlist and preferences on the device only. Deleting the app removes them. Export your fill history as a CSV file from the Assets tab if you want a copy first.
Something not working
If prices do not update, check the connection and pull down on Markets to refresh. If the app shows sample data, no reference snapshot has loaded yet on this device; it will replace itself on the next successful refresh.
